What operators usually ask.
Can you work on a line we did not build?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Most working plant has outlived its documentation or its original integrator. We reverse-engineer what is actually installed and produce the as-built set before proposing changes.
Do we have to stop production?
Rarely for the whole project. Work is normally staged around existing planned maintenance windows, with each stage proven in service before the next begins.
Siemens or Rockwell?
Either. We are credible in both, which matters if your sites are not standardised on one platform — one engineering partner can then cover the whole estate.
