Ivevane Automation was founded in 2019 to support essential industries through advanced control systems and techniques. What began during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 shutdown has become an engineering practice trusted on production lines where downtime is measured in cost per minute.

At the heart of the approach is a hand-picked team of engineers whose experience spans decades of delivered projects. Every system is designed, installed and maintained to sit at the forefront of industry standards — and every solution is tailor-made to the operation it serves.

How we deliver

    01Discovery

    Understand the plant before proposing anything

    Feasibility studies, audits and investigations. On inherited plant this often means reverse-engineering what is already there, because the documentation rarely survived the original integrator.

    02Design

    Control philosophy, then hardware

    Control systems design, instrumentation specification, network architecture and functional safety assessment. Risk assessment and SIL determination happen here — not retrofitted after the panel is built.

    03Build

    Panels built by the team that wrote the code

    Control panels and motor control centres manufactured in-house. When the same organisation designs the philosophy, builds the cabinet and writes the logic, the integration risk that normally sits between three suppliers disappears.

  4. Siemens SIMATIC rack PCs and protection relays under factory acceptance test, with a laptop running the simulation.
    04Validate

    Prove it before the line exists

    Digital twins, 3D scanning and virtual commissioning run the real control code against a model of the plant. Faults found in a model cost hours; the same faults found during a live commissioning window cost days of lost production.

  5. Control cabinet opened for commissioning, with a managed network switch, distributed I/O and a laptop connected to the controller.
    05Commission

    On site, inside the shutdown window

    Installation, loop checks, sequence testing and handover — planned around a fixed shutdown rather than assuming the plant will wait. This is where cross-border delivery is genuinely tested.

    The relationship starts at handover

    24-hour remote dial-in, telephone and on-site support, with breakdown response when a line stops without warning. Engineering wins the first project; response time wins the next five.
